Attention of the Public, Trade and Industry is invited towards the Public Notice No 01/2005 dated 19^th October,2005 issued by the Commissioner Nagpur on the above subject.

As per Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act,2005 and in pursuance of Commissioner (Coord.) Government of India, Ministry of Finance of , Department of Revenue, CBEC’s letter F.No. 296/115/2007-CX.9 dated 12^th November,2007, the following officers are hereby designated as “ Central Public Information Officers” and Appellate Authority for the purpose of the said Act, for the Jurisdiction of Nagpur Customs and Central Excise Commissionerate.
